Our apprenticeships
HR Support Apprenticeship
You’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, and colleague learning and development. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our colleagues and contributing to our positive culture. You’ll also study for HR – Level 3 CIPD qualification .
The apprenticeship lasts for 16 months. Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you’ll have the opportunity for a diverse and lasting career in HR.
Finance Apprenticeship
As a Finance Apprentice, you’ll gain practical experience in a wide range of the responsibilities and activities of our finance team. These include financial reporting, budgetary control, billing, project cost control and business case evaluation, payroll, external audit and cost benchmarking and value for money assessments.
The apprenticeship lasts for 18 months and you’ll study for AAT Level 3 Diploma in accounting
On completion of the apprenticeship, you’ll have developed essential skills and knowledge that will pave the way for a successful career in finance.
Compliance Apprenticeship
Compliance is a fascinating area of our business where changes in regulation and legislation demand an agile response. In the compliance function, you’ll learn about regulatory requirements, risk management, and ethical practices. Your work will help ensure that our operations adhere to legal standards and maintain the highest levels of integrity.
Depending on your level of experience, as part of the 17-month long apprenticeship, you can choose to take the International Compliance Association (ICA) Certificate or Advanced Certificate. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will have gained the skills to develop into a Compliance professional.
