  • Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

    We are recruiting a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join Border to Coast’s Executive team.

    As a customer‑owned, customer‑focused organisation serving the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), effective risk management is key to delivering long‑term value and resilience for our 18 Partner Funds and the two million members they represent. Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will lead our second line of defence, shaping and embedding a robust enterprise‑wide risk framework across investment, finance and operations, and working closely with the Board and its Risk Committee.

  • Compliance Manager

    We’re looking for a Compliance Manager (Advisory) to bring expert insight, constructive challenge and commercial awareness to a pivotal role at the heart of our business.

    In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Compliance and MLRO to help deliver robust compliance oversight across the organisation. From advising on regulatory change to supporting key business initiatives, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our policies, controls and ways of working remain effective, practical and aligned to a fast-moving regulatory environment.

  • Assistant First Line Assurance Manager

    At Border to Coast our purpose is to make a difference and we’re looking for a keen and experienced first line assurance specialist to join our award-winning team.

    We are recruiting for this role to support the First Line Assurance Senior Manager in strengthening our first line assurance capability. You will help provide the business with clear and reliable guidance on risk and control assurance, as well as incident management, as the organisation continues to grow and evolve.

  • Operations Analyst

    At Border to Coast our purpose is to make a difference and we’re looking for two Operations Analysts – Alternatives to join our award-winning team.

    As an Operations Analyst – Alternatives you will be supporting Border to Coast with the oversight and governance of our third-party service providers. You’ll be of responsible for daily activities to ensure the oversight and governance of fund performance and ensure accuracy Custodians performance, attribution and reporting. As these roles sit within the Alternatives area of our Operations function you will need an understanding of GP/LP structures, Capital Calls, Distributions and how to recognise LP Valuations.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

    At Border to Coast our purpose is to make a difference and we’re looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our award-winning team.

    As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, financial performance, and business transformation initiatives.

    Working closely with the Senior FP&A Manager you’ll help deliver our budgeting process, maintain and enhance revenue models, and contribute to the development of Board-level balanced scorecard reporting. You’ll also partner with our Change function to ensure programmes deliver measurable benefits, improved operational efficiency, and tangible commercial value across our B2C operations.

  • Customer Relationship Manager

    We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join Border to Coast on an 18-month fixed-term contract, supporting our Partner Funds and helping to shape their experience of working with us.
    This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our Partnership, managing relationships with a portfolio of Partner Funds and acting as a key link between our customers and teams across the business. You’ll represent Border to Coast across governance and engagement forums, ensuring customer perspectives are understood and reflected in how we work.
  • Investment Analyst (Alternatives)

    At Border to Coast our purpose is to make a difference and we’re looking for a keen Investment Analyst (Alternatives) to join our award-winning team.

    The successful candidate would join our Alternatives team, which manages investments across our Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit, Global Real Estate, Climate Opportunities and UK Opportunities programmes.
