  • Head of UK Real Estate

    At Border to Coast our purpose is to make a difference and we’re looking for a keen Head of UK Real Estate to join our award-winning team.

    We’re recruiting this role to strengthen our UK Real Estate investment capability, including leadership of the UK Main Fund. The Head of UK Real Estate will set and deliver the long-term strategy, ensure an effective Target Operating Model across internal and external mandates, oversee portfolio construction and performance, and lead a high‑performing team to meet Partner Fund objectives.

  • Performance Analyst

    Our Operations Team are the central point between the Front Office, Risk & Compliance and the Customer. The team are responsible for the oversight of governance of our Third-Party Administrators such as Northern Trust and Bloomberg.

    We’re now looking for a Performance Analyst to support us with oversight and governance of these service providers.

    The Performance Measurement function will provide essential business support through the delivery of accurate and timely returns, attribution, and bespoke reporting.

    Reporting to the Head of Operations you’ll be responsible for daily activities to ensure the oversight and governance of fund performance and ensure accuracy of Custodians performance, attribution and reporting.

  • Portfolio Manager – Legacy Private Market Investments

    We are looking for multiple Portfolio Managers to join our Alternatives function, each leading the oversight and management of a portfolio of legacy private market investments.

     

    As part of the development of Border to Coast Pensions Partnership, and in light of the Government’s “LGPS: Fit for the Future” report, we will be responsible for the management of our Partner Funds’ extensive legacy private market investments. This includes investments across real estate, private equity, infrastructure, private credit, and diversified alternatives on a global basis. Legacy management will involve a regular review of manager reporting, interaction with underlying managers, identification and resolution of material issues, and reporting back to our Partner Funds.

  • Investment Analyst Alternatives, Legacy

    We’re recruiting this role to strengthen the support and oversight of our legacy private markets investment portfolios within the Alternatives team as our organisation continues to grow.

  • Legal Counsel – Real Estate

    The in-house legal team is a highly respected and integral function within the organisation, operating at the very heart of the business. Due to continued growth, there is now a rare opportunity for a UK-qualified real estate solicitor to join the team and work closely alongside the existing property specialist during an exciting phase of development.

    The role will focus primarily on commercial property matters, however there is genuine scope to broaden your skillset by incorporating elements of more generalist company commercial work into your day-to-day practice. Full training and support will be provided for those keen to expand their experience.

  • Fund Accountant

    Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be working within the Fund Accounting team with the primary responsibility being the support and production of the annual and interim Report & Accounts. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that all day-to-day aspects of Fund Accounting are in line with relevant regulations including fund valuation oversight.
