Independent Non-Executive Director (Investments)
We are seeking a highly skilled and purpose-led individual to join our Board as an independent non-executive director and become a member of a newly created Board Investment Oversight Committee. The successful candidate will bring significant direct asset management experience, ideally across both private and public markets, and play a key role in contributing to our strategic development as we double our assets under management over the coming period.
You will have a strong commitment to responsible investment, with a focus on long-term sustainability, value for money, the regulatory environment, and robust corporate governance. Professional yet personable and with strong emotional intelligence, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with complex stakeholder environments and provide support and constructive challenge to the Executive. You will also demonstrate strong alignment with our values, promoting high standards of collaboration, sustainability, integrity, diversity and inclusion.
