  • UK LISTED EQUITY FUND

    Launched in July 2018, the UK Listed Equity Fund primarily invests in UK-listed companies and aims to outperform the FTSE All-Share by 1% a year over rolling five-year periods. 

  • OVERSEAS DEVELOPED MARKETS EQUITY FUND

    Launched in July 2018, the Overseas Developed markets Equity Fund invests in listed equities in developed countries (United States, Japan, Pacific ex-Japan, and Europe ex-UK). It aims to outperform a composite benchmark by 1% a year over rolling five-year periods. 

  • EMERGING MARKETS EQUITY FUND

    Launched in October 2018, the Emerging Markets Equity Fund combines one EM ex-China and two China investment strategies. It primarily invests in listed equities issued by companies in emerging market economies. It aims to outperform the FTSE Emerging Markets index by 1.5% a year over rolling five-year periods. 

  • UK LISTED EQUITY ALPHA FUND

    Launched in December 2018, the UK Listed Equity Alpha Fund combines four complementary investment strategies which primarily invest in listed equities on the UK market. It aims to outperform the FTSE All Share index by 2% a year over rolling five-year periods. 

  • GLOBAL EQUITY ALPHA FUND

    Launched in October 2019, the Global Equity Alpha Fund combines managers with complementary investment styles to create a portfolio of global listed equities. It aims to outperform the MSCI ACWI by 2% a year over rolling five-year periods. 

  • LISTED ALTERNATIVES FUND

    Launched in February 2022, the Listed Alternatives Fund invests in listed equities and investment grade fixed income securities that provide exposure to alternative assets. It aims to outperform the MSCI ACWI over rolling five-year periods. 

  • EMERGING MARKETS EQUITY ALPHA FUND

    Launched in August 2023, the Emerging Markets Equity Alpha Fund combines two EM ex-China and two China investment strategies. It primarily invests in listed equities issued by companies operating in emerging market economies. It aims to outperform the MSCI Emerging Markets index by 2% a year over rolling five-year periods. 

  • Sterling Index-Linked Bond Fund

    Launched in October 2020, the Sterling Index-Linked Bond Fund invests in the inflation-linked debt of the UK government, as well as sterling denominated investment grade corporate and supranational inflation-linked debt. It aims to outperform the FTSE A Index Linked Gilts > 15 years Index by 0.2% p.a. over rolling five year periods. 

  • Sterling Investment Grade Credit Fund

    Launched in March 2020, the Sterling Investment Grade Credit Fund invests primarily in sterling-denominated debt of investment grade companies via three complementary investment styles. It aims to outperform the iBoxx Sterling Non-Gilts Index by 0.6% a year over rolling five year periods. 

  • Multi Asset Credit Fund

    Launched in November 2021, the Multi-Asset Credit Fund blends specialist investment strategies to provide a broad exposure to global credit markets. It aims to outperform the Sterling Overnight Interbank Average (SONIA) by 3-4% a year over rolling five-year periods. 

  • Private Equity

    Launched in May 2019, the Private Equity offering aims to invest into private companies via equity positions, with the objective of delivering a long-term annual net return of 10%. Investments will be made on a global basis across a range of strategies (‘Buyout’, ‘Special Situations’, ‘Growth’ and ‘Venture’), geographies and company size. Such investments typically provide long term capital to privately traded companies in order to support growth or provide liquidity to shareholders. 

  • Infrastructure

    Launched in July 2019, the Infrastructure offering targets investments into infrastructure assets and related companies, with the objective of delivering long-term annual net returns of 8% generated through a combination of income and capital return. Infrastructure investments provide exposure to assets that deliver, or facilitate, essential services which support economic growth, generate productivity and underpin societal and business operations. 

  • Private Credit

    Launched in October 2019, the Private Credit offering seeks to invest in a variety of private credit instruments. The objective for Series 1 and 2 is to deliver a long-term annual net return of 6%. The objective for Series 3, launched in April 2025, is to deliver a long-term annual net return of 7%. Private credit investments typically provide capital to privately held companies to support growth, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, or to provide liquidity or capital structuring solutions. 

  • Climate Opportunities

    Launched in April 2022, the Climate Opportunities offering seeks investments that will have a material positive impact on climate change and support long-term net zero carbon emission goals with the objective of delivering a long-term annual net return of 8%. It includes investments across private equity, infrastructure and private credit. 

  • UK Opportunities

    Launched in April 2024, the UK Opportunities offering seeks investments that contribute to the growth of the UK economy with the objective of delivering a long-term annual net return of 8%. It includes investments across real estate, private equity, infrastructure and private credit. 

  • Global Core Real Estate Fund

    Launched in December 2023, the Global Core Real Estate Fund provides exposure to global real estate investments seeking a mainly income driven return profile. It aims to deliver a long-term annual net return of 6% over rolling 10-year periods.

  • Global Value-Add Real Estate Fund

    Launched in October 2023, the Global Value-Add Real Estate Fund provides exposure to global real estate seeking a mainly capital appreciation return profile. It aims to deliver a long-term net return of 10% p.a. over the investment period.

  • UK Real Estate Main Fund

    Launched in October 2024, the UK Real Estate Main Fund invests primarily in direct UK real estate. The fund aims to outperform the UK Consumer Prices Index (CPI) by 4% each year on average over a 10-year period.
