Private Markets Manager Day: 2 July in Leeds

Following the creation of the legal structure to enable us to invest on behalf of our Partner Funds in Private Markets, Border to Coast has commenced pipeline development for Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Credit.  Selection of investments has begun for Private Equity and is expected to begin for Infrastructure in Q3 and Private Credit in Q4.  Border to Coast expects to deploy c. £1bn of capital per annum across Private Markets.

Border to Coast will hold a Private Markets manager day on 2 July 2019 to provide further detail on the structure.

We will be covering:

  • An update on Border to Coast and the Private Markets team
  • An overview of our Private Markets structure
  • The proposed structure for our Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Credit portfolios
  • Details on our investment process and working with managers
  • Q&A

Please note that the manager day will be focused entirely on Private Markets and thus we would encourage only those that have a relevant institutional quality investment proposition to attend. Our current focus is on Private Equity (Buyout, Special Situations, Growth, and Venture), Infrastructure (Core, Core+, and Value Add/Opportunistic) and Private Credit (Direct Lending, Real Estate/Infrastructure Debt, Corporate Mezzanine/Speciality, and Stressed/Distressed). We will not be discussing Equities, Fixed Income, or Real Estate equity. If you wish to submit your interest for the manager day, please contact Border to Coast on Please include “Private Markets” in the subject line.
