Border to Coast: Global Equity Mandate Manager Day 11th December in Leeds
Building on the launch of Border to Coast’s first sub funds in July, we now have c. £7bn of assets under management and will soon be launching our first externally managed fund – UK Listed Equity Alpha. Our next planned sub-fund is an externally managed global equity fund and we have been working with our underlying local authority partner funds to ensure the structure, risk and return objectives best meet their needs. We are targeting a launch in mid-2019, with associated RFPs issued in early 2019.
We would like to invite any interested global equity managers to one of our manager sessions which will be held in Leeds on Tuesday 11th December. We will be covering:
- An update on Border To Coast’s progress to date including learnings from the Border to Coast UK Equity Alpha Fund launch
- The proposed structure of the Border to Coast Global Equity Alpha Fund
- Details on our approach to selection and working with external manager partners
- Indicative timeline
Please note that organisations that are purely interested in private market mandates will not find these sessions of much interest. We are looking at organising separate private market sessions in the New Year.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in attending.
